## Why it matters
The Tern Beta wells were considered sub-economic in 2018. By combining modern directional drilling, advanced completions, and a tight subsea tieback design, our team has unlocked 14 MMBOE of additional recoverable reserves.
## Lessons learned
- Pre-fabrication of tiebacks onshore reduced offshore weather exposure by 41%.
