Katherine A. Bennett is Chief Operating Officer of Global Oilfield Systems, responsible for the execution of every project the company signs, from mobilization and crew rostering through to handover and close-out. She oversees the regional operating bases, the logistics network, and the HSE function.

Katherine joined G.O.S in 2011 to build out the project management organization and was appointed COO in 2020. She rebuilt the company's planning system around a single integrated schedule, which reduced mobilization delays significantly and gave clients accurate, defensible delivery dates for the first time.

She owns the group's operational excellence program: standardized job packs, competency-verified crews, pre-job risk reviews, and a stop-work authority that any worker on any site can exercise without consequence. She reviews the leading-indicator safety dashboard weekly with every base manager.

Before joining the company she spent fourteen years in upstream project delivery, including large offshore construction campaigns in the North Sea and pipeline integrity programs across the US Gulf Coast. That background gave her deep familiarity with multi-contractor interface management, still one of the biggest sources of risk on complex jobs.

Katherine is a certified Project Management Professional and an ISO 45001 lead implementer. She sponsors the company's women-in-field-operations initiative and mentors a cohort of early-career project engineers each year.

Her operating philosophy is that predictability is a service in itself: clients hire G.O.S because they know exactly what will show up, when, and how it will be executed.
